acceptable location but cleanliness issues present
the location is acceptable and the hotel is close to the waterfront restaurants.
the bathroom smelled damp and the shower leaked, i found stains on the carpet in my room. cleaning felt subpar.

I was impressed by the spacious room size and enjoyed the high-end finishes. The bed was very comfortable. I slept well every night. Breakfast offered a great selection with many choices, including local options. The hotel was very clean and modern throughout.
I noticed a small stain on the carpet in the hallway, but it was a very minor issue.

The breakfast buffet features varied food options, including hot dishes and fresh fruit, a great start to the day. The restaurant staff maintains cleanliness and quickly clears tables, which keeps the dining experience pleasant. I found several local pastries that I enjoyed.

My room included a private balcony overlooking the ocean, a great feature. The bathroom had two separate sinks and a walk-in shower. I appreciated the daily housekeeping service. It kept everything tidy and well-organized.

excellent hotel, minor issues
parking facilities breakfast buffet spar store good restaurants
the hotel provided great parking under the building, very useful with a rental car. the breakfast buffet offered substantial choices, easily lasting the entire day. a spar store is located across the street for snacks and drinks. numerous good restaurants exist within easy walking distance.
the outdoor furniture was piled up, which detracted slightly from the ambiance. i found this surprising since the hotel was open.

the hotel is near the ocean and offers beautiful views. it is also approximately 40 minutes away from the city center. you can have nice breakfasts with plenty of options available.

spacious room sea view missing item furniture heap
the room looked nice it was clean and spacious. i enjoyed the partial sea view from the balcony i could see the ocean. the breakfast had multiple options to choose from it was great.
the room was cleaned only every other day it was refreshed for one day. we ran out of coffee and loo roll on a regular basis. the outdoor furniture was piled up on the upper sun deck the hotel looked to be closed.
